Kiwifruit

Deriving their name from New Zealand’s national symbol the kiwi bird – which is also small, brown and fuzzy – kiwifruit have a long history in New Zealand having been first brought into the country by a school teacher in 1904.

Today Zespri New Zealand export kiwifruit all over the world. Cedenco hold processing rights for some Zespri cultivars.

A rich source of vitamin E, K and dietary fiber kiwifruit also contains enzymes useful in marinades and bakery.
