Based on current forecasts our IQF sweet corn crop harvest is due to start 15th January.
We are in the final stages of processing our summer crops (sweet corn, tomato, pumpkin). Even though it was a later start than normal we are on track to meet our expected volumes and final product quality has been excellent.
The pumpkin (squash) and corn harvest is underway.
Both our sweet corn powder and IQF sweet corn processes are up and running now. Will be a busy few months ahead.
