Annual Poverty Bay Charity Sheep Dog Trial
August 8th saw the start of the 47th Annual Poverty Bay Charity Sheep Dog trial. Proceeds from the event were donated to local charities such as IHC, Gisborne Riding for the Disabled and ECT Rescue Helicopter. In spite of the wet weather, the events went well thanks to the Riding Club for the Disabled indoor arena. Cedenco Foods and other local businesses supported the event providing clothing and funds.
