2014 Onion Paste Processing Underway

The 2014 aseptic onion paste processing season is underway.

The onion crops are excellent this year good size and with a great flavour.

Our onion paste is mainly used by sauce manufacturers and it’s especially popular in curry sauces due to its natural sweet flavour profile. Being aseptically packed it’s easy to use and can be stored and shipped at ambient temperatures.
