We are very pleased to inform you that with effect from 5:00pm on April 20th, 2018, Cedenco Foods New Zealand Ltd (Cedenco) will acquire the major assets and business of ENZAFoods New Zealand Ltd (trading as T&G Foods).

The acquisition includes all assets and business of the Hastings site and the Food Ingredients assets and business on the Nelson site. The acquisition also includes all finished goods inventory held under contract for various customers.

These sites and assets will become an integral part of our Cedenco food manufacturing business. We have employed or taken responsibility for all staff that were available and both sites are now fully engaged in new season production. It is our intention to expand both the processing volumes and the range of products as we continue our quest to become a world class food ingredients company.
